this grant round:
$5,000,000

The Rebate Grants Program is a simplified application process under the Emissions Reduction Incentive Grant Program. Rebate grants are only available for diesel on-road and select non-road replacement and repower projects. In addition, part of the funds allocated to the Rebate Grants Program will be set aside for applications from entities that qualify as a Small Business under the TERP Guidelines for Emissions Reduction Grants. Thus, small businesses are encouraged to apply.

Applications are reviewed, processed, and awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This web page will be updated weekly to show the amount still available for distribution.

NOTE: The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will be accepting applications submitted under the 2013 Notice of Rebate Grants (NRG). However, grants may need to be delayed or not awarded, pending final selection decisions for the 2013 Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants (ERIG) Request for Grant Applications. The TCEQ can make no guarantee of the number and amount of grant awards that will finally be made. Applicants should not make purchasing decisions based on the “expectation” of receiving a grant.
